Federal investigators announced that Ruja Ignatova, who is known as the "cryptoqueen," has been added to the FBI's infamous 10 most wanted list. Ignatova is known as the founder of OneCoin, which investigators have called a Ponzi scheme, and is accused of defrauding investors out of $4 billion.
