She critiques the techniques and efficiency of parkour moves in "Alice in Borderland" (2020) and "The Book of Boba Fett" (2021). She also explores the history of parkour in "Yamakasi" (2001), "Brick Mansions" (2014), and "The Protector" (1985), starring Jackie Chan. She also discusses how the media has shaped the public perception of parkour in "The Office" (2009).
Abreu has been doing parkour for the past nine years. She has performed for Cirque du Soleil and Universal Studios. She is a member of the parkour team Team Rilla Hops. As a stunt performer, her latest work includes "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness" (2022).
