In Eagle Pass, Texas, a city of nearly 29,000 located on the edge of the U.S.-Mexico border, residents brace for a new influx of migrants. Many are filled with compassion mixed with frustration as small cities may not have enough resources to deal with the growing issue. Just in July, almost 50,000 migrants were caught crossing the border THERE.
